For the seventh consecutive year, Denuo’s team has been recognised as the highest-ranked legal advisor in Russia for M&A deal count, according to Mergers.ru league tables. The firm was involved in 25 transactions in 2023, valued at approximately USD2.16 billion. This means that Denuo has also topped the consolidated rating of Russian M&A legal advisors for 2023.
