22 November 2022 — Denuo has advised Kismet Capital Group, a Russian investment firm, on obtaining regulatory approvals for the RUB151 billion (approximately USD2.3 billion) acquisition of Avito, a Russian classified advertisements website, from Naspers, a South African technology group.

Clearance was granted by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investment in Russia in due course following the filing.
