21 November 2022 – Denuo announces that Maxim Pogrebnoy has joined the firm as a legal director in its Corporate practice group based in Moscow.

Previously Maxim worked for more than 20 years in the Moscow office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He focuses on complex long-term projects, including drafting project documents, negotiating, resolving disputes and advising during the implementation of the project. Maxim is a member of the Moscow Bar Association. His practice covers a wide range of sectors, including transport and logistics, energy and chemicals, utilities, real estate and construction.

Commenting on the appointment, Denuo’s managing partner in Russia and the CIS, Constantine Lusignan, said: “We are delighted to welcome Maxim to the firm.
